Shipping & returns

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Every order is packed by hand and sent from our studio in China. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.

• Standard: $4.90, free on orders of $29 or more. Usually arrives 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Express: $15.00. Usually arrives 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be a little longer around holidays or during customs checks. Every sticker sheet ships flat with a stiff backing board so nothing bends.

Damaged or misprinted?

If anything arrives damaged, bent, misprinted or missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to send anything back.

Returns

Unused, unpeeled sticker sheets and tools in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
